How do I refill a prescription online?
Send a clear photo of your prescription through the form below or by WhatsApp. We prepare it, confirm the details with you, and let you know when it’s ready to collect or deliver.
Do you deliver, and what does it cost?
Delivery is free within 8 km when you order before 3 PM, and arrives the same day. Further away? We’ll quote a small fee before you confirm.
Can I talk to a pharmacist without an appointment?
Yes. A pharmacist is available during all opening hours for quick questions, and you can chat to us online for non-urgent advice.
Do I need a referral for a health check?
No. Health checks are walk-in friendly. For a vaccination or a longer consultation we recommend booking so we can set aside private time.
Is this a replacement for seeing my doctor?
No. We offer information and screening, not diagnoses. If something looks concerning, we’ll point you to the right care quickly.
