Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
All Aurelle formulas are fragrance-free and designed to be gentle. As with any skincare, we recommend a patch test first and introducing one new product at a time.
Which order should I use my products?
Cleanse, treat, then moisturise — and finish with SPF in the morning. Our ritual section shows the order step by step.
How long does delivery take?
Orders usually arrive in 2–4 working days within Malaysia. Shipping is free on orders over RM 150.
Can I return a product?
If your skin doesn’t love it, return the unused portion within 30 days for a refund or exchange.
Is the packaging recyclable?
Our bottles and jars are glass and the outer cartons are recycled paper. Return empties to us for refilling.
